Your data and privacy
Are my measurements stored?
Only if you switch on “save my measurements”. Otherwise the data is used within the session and discarded. You can view, export or delete your profile from the widget at any time.
Can brands see my measurements?
No. The analytics opened to brands use aggregated, anonymous data — individual profiles never appear in the dashboard. Read the security page
What happens to my photo?
The photo you upload for virtual try-on is processed to produce the result and is not kept if you don't want it stored. When you ask for deletion, we delete it without keeping a copy.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything runs on the store's own site, inside your browser. No install, plugin or membership required.
