Common questions about pricing
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Plans run monthly; upgrade, downgrade or stop whenever you like. We apply a discount on annual payment — just ask the team.
What happens if I exceed the session limit?
The widget doesn't switch off. At the end of the month you exceed the limit we come back with a suggestion to move up a plan; we never bill a surprise overage.
Is virtual try-on in every plan?
Virtual try-on is included in Pro and Enterprise. On Starter, size recommendation and chart mapping work, and you can add try-on later.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes. We set it up together and you can test it in your store with full access for 30 days. We're with you throughout onboarding.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No. Onboarding and size chart mapping are included in every plan. Only custom algorithm calibration falls under Enterprise.
