This policy explains how cancellations, plan changes and refunds work for YourSizer subscriptions. Please read it together with our Terms of Use.
1. Who this policy applies to
YourSizer provides size recommendation, AI virtual try-on and fit analytics software to online stores and brands. Our customers are businesses, and this policy applies to the subscriptions they purchase from us.
This policy does not cover purchases that shoppers make in our customers' stores. Those purchases are governed by each store's own return and refund policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory applicable law.
2. Who we are
- •Company: YourSizer Teknolojileri
- •Address: Gümüşsuyu Mah. İnönü Cad. Ulusal Apt. No:5 D:5, 34437 Beyoğlu / İstanbul, Türkiye
- •Email: [email protected]
3. Plans
YourSizer offers the following monthly plans. Prices are in US dollars.
- •Free: $0
- •Starter: $49 per month
- •Plus: $99 per month
- •Advanced: $249 per month
- •Ultimate: $499 per month
- •Enterprise: custom quote
Paid plans differ by monthly order volume. Direct customers may be offered yearly billing. The yearly price is 10 times the monthly price.
4. How you are billed
How you are billed depends on where you subscribed.
Shopify App Store
If you installed YourSizer from the Shopify App Store, Shopify bills your subscription on your Shopify invoice. Shopify's billing and refund terms apply to these charges. Shopify plans include a 30-day free trial.
To request a refund, contact YourSizer support. Where Shopify allows it, we can issue a refund or a credit through Shopify.
Direct customers
If you use ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, IdeaSoft, Faprika or a custom store, you pay us directly through Creem (creem.io). Creem acts as Merchant of Record: it processes your payment, issues your invoice, and handles applicable taxes and refunds.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
- •Upgrades take effect immediately. The price difference for the rest of the current billing period is charged on a prorated basis.
- •Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current plan until then. The current period is not refunded.
If you are billed through Shopify, Shopify's billing terms also apply to plan changes.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- •Your plan stays active until that date.
- •You can resume your subscription before the period ends.
- •After cancellation, your subscription does not renew automatically and you are not charged again.
- •Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current period, except in the cases listed in section 8.
If you need help cancelling, contact us at [email protected].
7. Failed payments
For direct customers billed through Creem: if a payment fails, a 7-day grace period applies so that the payment can be completed. If the payment is still not completed after 7 days, your account moves to the Free plan. For Shopify billing, Shopify's own billing rules apply.
8. Refunds
General rule
Fees are not refunded for billing periods that have been partially used. This applies to both monthly and yearly billing.
When we refund
We refund in the following cases.
- •Duplicate charges or charges made in error
- •Charges made after a cancellation that we have confirmed
- •Cases where applicable law requires a refund
Usage-based charges
Usage-based charges that have already been consumed, such as AI try-on generations, are not refundable.

- •Your store name and website
- •The email address of your YourSizer account
- •The date and amount of the charge
- •Your billing channel (Shopify or Creem)

10. How refunds are paid
- •Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- •For direct customers, refunds are processed through Creem.
- •For Shopify billing, refunds or credits are issued through Shopify, where Shopify allows it.
- •Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to arrive, depending on your bank.
11. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you think a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. This lets us review the charge and correct it where appropriate. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will change.
